When the District Attorney failed to provide evidence until the middle of trial, I successfully moved for a mistrial and again successfully moved to have the case dismissed in its entirety

Client was arrested and charged with possession with intent to sell a half pound of methamphetamine. However, due to prolonged detention, and a bad police search, the drugs were suppressed and the case was dismissed. 

A criminal charge does not always need to end up with convictions. There are a number of diversion options that may be available. These include, Mental Health Diversion, Judicial Diversion, Veterans Court, and Deferred Sentencing.  These may be excellent options as successful completion typically results in cases being dismissed. I have had countless clients be successful with these types of alternatives.
